Pole Position Travel very generously hosted a VIP charity auction in aid of DSI at the Novotel Valencia Spain , which coincided with the last round of the Moto GP calendar. This night was put together by Gordon Howell (MD Pole Position Travel) along with Brett Murphy (Event Co-Ordinator Pole Position Travel) and the rest of Their hard working team.
In attendance on the evening were Eddie Laycock (Irish former GP rider and multiple TT winner), Eugene Laverty (Current 250 GP Rider) , Danny Webb(125 GP Rider) , Leo Camier (Airwaves Ducati BSB Rider) , Peter Collins (RTE Commentator) and the Red Bull Rookies academy stars of tomorrow, as well as all Pole Position Travels clients.
With signed items from Rossi , Edwards, Stoner, Pedrosa , Hayden , Laverty , Webb et al the night was a resounding success raising in excess of €6,000. Gordon Howell from Pole Position Travel has very generously agreed to host this event at the Valencia round of Moto GP again for DSI.

Jonathan Rea from Ballyclare Northern Ireland celebrates his first British Superbike series victory at Mondello Park by drawing the winning ticket for a brand new BMW F800s in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland. Jonathan is one of the fastest rising stars in the world of motorcycle racing and currently races for the factory Honda/HM Plant team.

As part of the registration process each participant will be issued an identification badge, this is for security purposes ,so if you have a digital photo, you could e-mail it to me at maeve@downsyndrome.ie or send a passport photo to me at:

A registration fee of €250.00 must be paid to Down Syndrome Ireland by 30th March, this is to cover administration costs, i.e.hotel reservations, catering deposits etc.
