Report on the Implementation of the EPSEN Act
The Implementation Report sets out the views of the National Council for Special Education (NCSE) and makes recommendations on a plan for the implementation of the EPSEN Act. It is a readable and clear document which gives a good introduction to the EPSEN Act.
