How do I register for a pack?
You can register online or you can call 1890 37 37 37 and talk to the fundraising team about your party.

What do I get in the party pack?
You get posters, invitations, balloons, lodgement slip and vouchers for HB Hazelbrook FarmIce Cream pint bricks. For every voucher you receive, you will be entitled to one pint Brick of HB Hazelbrook Farm Ice cream. The vouchers are redeemable at any store. We suggest that there is 5 portions in each brick, so this is how we calculate how many vouchers you received. For example, if you have 20 people at your party, you will receive 4 vouchers.

Where do I get the ice cream?
The vouchers are redeemable at any shop, so you can get your ice cream anywhere.

How much do I charge for the ice cream?
We suggest a €2 charge for a portion of ice cream.

Where do I send my money to?
Every party will receive their own lodgement slip, so you can lodge your money directly to our bank account. Or you can send your details in with a postal orderor bank draft to Down Syndrome Ireland, Citylink Business Park, Old Naas Rd, Dublin 12. We will then send you out a certificate when we receive your funds.

How do I go into the draw for American Holidays?
Any parties that return their proceeds by 29th July will be entered into the draw for a €2,000 travel voucher.

Where does the money go that I raise?
Down Syndrome Ireland provides a wide range of services to people with Down Syndrome and their families. The proceeds from the Ice Cream Fundays campaign funds a wide range of supports and services to ensure people with Down Syndrome, young and old, reach their full potential - from support services in the early days for new parents and grandparents; through to early intervention, educational support, health advice; and projects to develop independence. Down syndrome Ireland receive only a very small amount of state funding and are extremely reliant on fundraising campaigns such as Ice cream Fundays to ensure we continue to deliver our services.
