Depending on the event, you will probably need a letter of autherisation to show supporters that you have contacted D.S.I. Also if the event involves sponsorship, such as a walk, sponsored wax etc, you will need sponsorship cards from D.S.I. with all the details of the event on the cards.
Most events, if they are individually organised will require a letter of authorisation/authentication from D.S.I. to show supporters that you have the organisations permission to hold the event.
