Down Syndrome Ireland’s Conference and AGM to be held in The Castletroy Park Hotel, Limerick on Saturday 14th May 2011. We are reverting to our weekend format with workshops from experts on a range of topics on Saturday morning and in the afternoon we will be discussing the democratic order of business of our organisation.
On Saturday morning adults with Down syndrome will hold their own AGM and a report from this will be presented to the main AGM in the afternoon. In the evening after the conference a dinner will be held followed by entertainment to dance the evening away. This will be a social event and an opportunity to catch up with old friends and make some new ones.
As before, we have endeavoured to make it an event for all the family with programmes for all ages running alongside the main conference. Conference programme, Booking forms for the conference and accommodation are below.
We hope to see as many members as possible there for what should be an entertaining as well as a working weekend.
